In order to be considered for admission into the Madison School of Massage Therapy, LLC all applicants must the following requirements.



  • Be 18 Years of Age
  • Be a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Submit a completed application for admission including the $25 nonrefundable admission fee
  • Have a personal interview with at least one of the faculty or staff
  • Be in good physical health and of good character
  • Submit two letters of reference (forms provided)
  • Be emotionally, physically and financially able to complete the program
