In order to be considered for admission into the Madison School of Massage Therapy, LLC all applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or have written parental permission if under 18
  • Be a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Submit a completed application for admission, along with the $25 fee
  • Have a personal interview with at least 1 of the faculty or staff
  • Be in good physical health and of good character
  • Submit 2 letters of reference (forms provided)
  • Be emotionally, physically and financially able to complete the program.
